The SidePlate system by Mitek was utilized to provide the lateral resistance to the hurricane wind forces. There are outdoor patio spaces on the third floor at the two front corners of the building. The third floor also features a fitness room. The front entrance incorporates an atrium that extends the full height of the three stories.
