Single-story 5,000 sf car wash featuring a 40ft tall tower. The main building structure consists of reinforced masonry walls, hollow-core concrete roof planks, and a concrete foundation. The tower features cantilevers up from the main building structure with a combination of hot-rolled and cold-formed steel. Advantage has been involved with several other Mike’s Carwash jobs located in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
