What is one of your career goals?
One of my goals is to help bridge the space between architecture and engineering — to show how design
and technical thinking can work together to create solutions that are both meaningful and practical. I want
to continue shaping projects where good architecture feels inevitable, where every decision just makes
sense for the people who use the space.
What is your favorite part of working at Advantage and why?
My favorite part of working at Advantage is the culture of trust and empowerment. It truly lives up to its
name — Advantage Group Engineers — a group of professionals who value collaboration over hierarchy.
Everyone is encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and manage their work with autonomy and
accountability.
What are some of your passions or hobbies outside of work?
I love Opera. For the last four years I had the opportunity to participate as an extra with Cincinnati Opera.
